With a commitment to high quality value-add opportunities, personal attention to detail, and premium locations, the company has built a reputation for excellence.

The current ownership has developed more than twenty-five projects constituting more than 4,000,000 square feet. Their projects have ranged from national grocery anchored neighborhood centers to enclosed two-level malls. In the last decade, the Company has become increasingly involved with the development of medical and professional office space, working closely with Tampa Bay area physicians and government entities.

At present, its management portfolio consists of eighteen properties totaling nearly 1,500,000 square feet of retail, office, and storage space. Through the years, management has had the pleasure of working with such tenants as: Publix Supermarkets, Winn-Dixie, Sweetbay Supermarket, Eckerd Drug, Walgreen's, Upton's, Sears, J.C.
